Library Director
Ann Dallair
Ann started working at the Millbury Public Library in February 2017 as the Children's/YA Librarian/Assistant Director. Her library career began at the Worcester Public Library. She was a Children's Services Branch Supervisor in one of four school branches for three years. Prior to this, she was a teacher in various grade levels for nineteen years. Beginning in July of 2019, she became Director. Ann's overall responsibilities are to take charge of the overall operations of the library and work in collaboration with the Library Board of Trustees. Ann graduated in 2018 with a Masters in Library Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Rhode Island.
Library Assistant
Auden Boatman
Prior to working in Millbury, Auden worked at the Uxbridge Free Public Library as an adult library technician/local history librarian. They received their Master's in Library Science from Simmons University. Auden enjoys crafting, listening to podcasts, and watching the Golden Girls. They work at the circulation desk checking items out to patrons.
Children's/YA Librarian/Library Manager
Theresa DiManno
Theresa started working at the Millbury Public Library in 2022. She previously worked at the Springfield Public Library and the Westfield Athenaeum Library. She is a Simmons University graduate. She is in charge of collection development and programming for the Children's and Young Adult departments, as well as assisting the Director in library operations. She is a passionate maker, whether it is writing stories, 3D printing, or coding. She loves to read books and graphic novels particularly if they have dragons or cats in them.
Library Assistant
Carrie Courteau
Carrie started working at the Millbury Public Library in 2018. She previously worked as a Library Associate at the Auburn Public Library for 16 years. Carrie earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Graphic Design from Fitchburg State College. She assists at the Circulation Desk, order and catalog children's books and magazines, prepare Grab & Go crafts, and create online Book Talks. Carrie is a big fan of books, movies, music, games, crafts, and nature.
Adult Services Librarian
Gena LaScala
Gena is a graduate of Westfield State and Salem State Universities with a Masters in History. They love picking out new non-fiction titles for the collection, and bringing fun, new programs to our adult patrons. Gena enjoys weird medical history, true crime, ghost stories, cryptids, mysteries, and anything that's strange and unusual.
Ebenezer Opoku-Mensah
Digital Navigator
Ebenezer joined the Millbury Public Library as a Digital Navigator in 2026. He holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science with a concentration in Information Science and Technology from Simmons University, as well as a Master of Arts in Information Studies from the University of Ghana. Prior to joining Millbury, Ebenezer worked as an Academic Technology Specialist at Simmons University, a Middle and Upper School Librarian at Bancroft School, and an Assistant Reference Librarian at Lancaster University Ghana. He is passionate about helping people build confidence with technology and information through one-on-one assistance, digital literacy instruction, and community outreach. At the library, Ebenezer teaches computer, smartphone, and tablet skills, facilitates digital literacy workshops, assists patrons with technology questions, and helps community members navigate today's digital world. He also enjoys exploring emerging technologies and developed MindPal, an AI-powered learning assistant designed to promote digital and information literacy. Outside of work, Ebenezer enjoys playing the bass guitar, soccer and swimming.
Teide Riley-McNary
Digital Navigator
Teide has worked at the Worcester Public Library and in the Anna Maria College Library previously. They hold a Master's in History from Clark University and are currently pursuing a Master's of Library Science from Simmons University. Teide is excited to share their knowledge of technology. When not at work, Teide enjoys coloring, listening to audiobooks, and playing video games.

Lisa Boudreau West
Library Assistant
Lisa started working at the Millbury Public Library as a Library Page in 2009. She helped people at the Circulation desk as well as ordering and cataloging books. Her superpower was finding any book on the shelves no matter how misplaced. She enjoyed reading both fiction and nonfiction: social issues and cookbooks as well as mysteries and romance. She will be missed.
